Overview

The Openness to Experience measure uses the Open-Mindedness subscale from the Big Five Inventory-2 Short (BFI-2-S), a research-validated personality assessment. This 6-item measure assesses intellectual curiosity, aesthetic sensitivity, and creative imagination—traits that predict engagement with novel pedagogical approaches and deep learning.
