The Agency & Locus of Control measure is a 10-item self-report survey assessing the degree to which individuals believe their actions and abilities determine outcomes (internal locus of control) versus external forces like luck or fate (external locus of control). In PPCS, this measure helps understand faculty members' sense of personal agency in their teaching and professional development.
